This position requires regular travel throughout the state of Indiana

As a Case Manager in our Zero to Three Initiative you will:

  • Create and implement professional development workshops, training sessions, and learning opportunities for Villages staff.
  • Develop Family Training Programs by designing and leading educational workshops for families to enhance their knowledge of child development, parenting skills, and early learning best practices.
  • Strengthen Family Involvement by creating opportunities for parents and caregivers to actively engage in their children’s learning and development through regular communication, events, and support groups.
  • Support Family-Centered Services by collaborating with staff to ensure family needs are being met through comprehensive, culturally responsive, and inclusive services.
  • Collaborate with internal and community partners to promote early childhood services, including workshops, events, and access to additional support.
  • Develop and execute recruitment strategies to increase enrollment in Foster Care, Family Preservation, and Older Youth programs, highlighting specialized zero to three services.
  • Attend community events, engage in public speaking, and conduct outreach to promote awareness of early childhood programs at The Villages.
  • Work with the Development team to create marketing materials, social media campaigns, and outreach strategies that effectively promote services and attract families.

Required Education and Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education, Child Development, Social Work, or a related field
  • 5 years of experience in early childhood education, family engagement, community outreach, or related fields.
  • Strong understanding of early childhood development, best practices in early childhood education, family systems, and community resources.

Preferred Education and Experience

  • Master’s degree in Early Childhood Education, Child Development, Social Work, or a related field
  • Experience in training staff and working in community partnership development is highly desirable.
  • Experience working with underserved populations, including low-income families or children with special needs.
  • Knowledge of local community resources and a track record of building partnerships in the early childhood field.
