A leading organization in Ohio is seeking a dedicated case manager to provide community-based support for youth and families in crisis. The role involves developing treatment plans, safety planning, and linking families to necessary resources. This position emphasizes a collaborative team environment and a commitment to quality care. Candidates should possess a bachelor's degree or relevant experience and be familiar with child development and crisis intervention strategies.
We are seeking a case manager to assist with rapid engagement and crisis stabilization of youth and families seen by the Mobile Response Team in Belmont, Harrison and Monroe Counties, Ohio. This position will cover all three counties but will be based in our St. Clairsville, Ohio office.
Emphasis is placed on keeping them safe in their nature environment, increase coping skills, accessing/navigating community resources, and linkage to outpatient services.

Qualified candidates will have their bachelor's degree in a related field or three years' related experience (includes internships and volunteer experience); have and maintain an excellent driving record; and be familiar with child development, family systems, trauma informed care, community resources, motivational interviewing, crisis intervention, and case management approaches. Prefer someone with prior case management experience.
