Case Manager Utilization/Authorization Coordinator (Remote in CO/UT/NM)

Position Summary: We seek a Case Manager – Utilization/Authorization Coordinator to assist patients in accessing care, ensuring necessary payers and authorizations are in place, and supporting integrated care through collaboration with referring parties. Responsibilities include managing utilization and authorization activities for primary care and behavioral health services, working with treatment teams, insurance companies, revenue cycle management, and other stakeholders to meet payor requirements and demonstrate medical necessity.

Ideal candidates will have a bachelor’s degree in a recognized mental health profession, experience with substance abuse and mental health case management, and preferably experience with authorizations/insurance verification.

Salary Ranges:

  • Onsite from Montrose office: $19.50 - $23.72/hr (includes $1.00 locale differential)
  • Onsite from Durango office: $21.00 - $23.72/hr (includes $2.50 locale differential)
  • Remote: $18.50 - $23.72/hr (no locale differential)

Additional Eligibility: Annual Flu shot, TB screening, CPI training within 90 days, BLS certification within 90 days.
