Qualifications

• Graduation from an accredited four-year college or university in human services or related field.
• At least two years related work experience with homeless or vulnerable youth.
• Strong interpersonal communication skills.
• Knowledge of available community resources for substance abuse problems.
• Ability to demonstrate effective oral and written communication.
• Knowledge of laws and policies governing RHY and transition age youth.
• Must have a valid NCDL and a good driving record.

Responsibilities

• Participate in admissions and discharges for the program.
• Assist clients in accessing needed community resources.
• Provide ongoing case management to clients.
• Develop and maintain a network of supportive agencies.
• Coordinate community meetings and recreational activities.
• Engage clients in individual sessions for crisis management.
