TFI Family Services is seeking a dedicated Case Manager to join the Permanency team in Kansas. The role centers on helping children and families thrive by delivering hands-on support, developing case plans, and coordinating community resources.

You’ll assess needs, advocate for families, and collaborate with a passionate team to drive lasting positive outcomes for children in placement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in human services or related field.
• At least 2 years of experience in child placement.
• Strong communication and advocacy skills.

Responsibilities

• Help families build skills such as emotional regulation, conflict resolution, and healthy communication.
• Connect families to community resources.
• Develop personalized plans to support children’s growth.
• Advocate for improvements in family environments.
