Mission
At Clear Path for Veterans New England (Clear Path), our mission is to empower Veterans and Service Members as they transition to civilian life by providing essential resources, family support services, and community outreach. Through our Supportive Services for Veteran Families (SSVF) program, we address unique challenges faced by Veterans and their families, fostering resilience, self-sufficiency, and long-term success.
Our Case Managers play a vital role by providing direct support and guidance to Veterans, helping them achieve stability through tailored action plans and access to resources.
Position Overview
Note: This is a temp-to-hire position, with the intent of converting to a permanent role based on performance and organizational needs.
As a Case Manager with Clear Path for Veterans New England, you will work closely with Veterans and Service Members to develop individualized stabilization plans that address housing, employment, and wellness needs. Operating throughout Massachusetts,you will meet with clients both in the office and in the field to ensure they receive the support and resources necessary to thrive. You will collaborate with Clear Path’s Outreach Team to identify and assist Veterans in need, making a tangible difference in their lives.
