Qualifications

We are recruiting for a motivated Case Manager Supervisor, LPC/LCSW to join our team!

Department

OBHS Substance Pro-Fee. We offer a new program with a cash incentive for those treating patients with substance use disorders, sponsored through the ACCESS grant. Employees must be >0.6 FTE. Bonuses are paid in two installments, with 50% received 90 days after signing.

  • Registered Nurses (RNs) can earn up to $7,500 by December 2024
  • Behavioral Health Technicians (BHTs) can earn up to $3,500 by December 2024
  • Care Navigators can earn up to $3,500 by December 2024
Job Summary

Under general supervision, provides administrative, clinical, and supportive supervision to employees. Establishes coaching, mentoring, and learning alliances to enhance staff knowledge, skills, and attitudes. Motivates through open communication, feedback, and leading by example. Participates in policy planning and implementation. Ensures service provision through planning, scheduling, and coordination. Aims to create a positive customer experience by upholding high standards and communicating a compelling vision.

Essential Functions
  1. Builds cohesive teams, identifies growth areas, addresses staff issues, provides feedback, and oversees orientation. (35%)
  2. Provides supervision to clinical staff. (10%)
  3. Assists in developing and interpreting policies to ensure compliance. (10%)
  4. Engages in leadership standard work activities. (10%)
  5. Communicates with management regarding staff activities and issues. (10%)
  6. Delegates authority appropriately. (10%)
  7. Meets with staff for review, problem-solving, supervision, and communication. (5%)
  8. Plans and coordinates work to ensure service coverage. (5%)
  9. Monitors caseloads and recommends adjustments. (5%)
Qualifications
  • Master's Degree in Social Work or Counseling (Required)
  • 1-3 years of post-master’s clinical social work or counseling experience (Required)
  • LCSW or LPC license (Required)
