Qualifications

• Current certification as a Washington Substance Use Disorder Professional.
• One year experience in addictions treatment and services as a SUDP.
• Must have working knowledge of ASAM Patient Placement Criteria.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate substance use disorder admission intakes and educate individuals and families.
• Collaborate with treatment team to develop individualized Treatment Plans.
• Gather information to conduct thorough substance use disorder assessments.
• Actively coordinate care and provide referrals.

Skills

Substance Use Disorder Professional Certification

Experience in addictions treatment

Knowledge of Washington State behavioral health system

Safe Clinch patient restraint techniques

Education

Bachelor's degree in behavioral health or related discipline
