Catholic Charities of the Archdiocese of Newark is one of New Jersey’s largest non-profit social service agencies with programs and facilities serving Bergen, Essex, Hudson, and Union counties.

We are currently seeking aFull Time Case Managerfor ourSt. Bridget's Residence Shelter, located in Newark, NJ.

Job Duties:

  • Responsible in assisting clients with the appropriate service referrals as well as developing a service plan to enable clients to meet their potential goals.
  • Linking individual clients to services with program activities that suitable for clients needs
  • Responsible for continuity of care and assuring clients are maintaining productivity

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree required
  • 2-3 years related experience required
