Covenant House New York is seeking a Rights of Passage Case Manager to provide supportive services to 10–20 youth aged 16–21 at a Bronx ROP site. You will develop individual service plans, coordinate services, conduct counseling, and advocate for youth across partners.
Reporting to the Case Manager Coordinator, you’ll join a dedicated team of staff and residents, with duties including documentation, service coordination, and monitoring progress toward goals within a trauma-informed framework.

The Rights of Passage (ROP) Case Manager provides supportive services to 10-20 young people aged 16-21 living in a ROP site in the Bronx. Reporting to the Case Manager Coordinator of the ROP site, the Case Manager is an energetic, creative, and diligent member of a team that includes resident advisors (who also have cooking responsibilities) and a cadre of specialty staff, including employment/education specialists, housing specialists, youth development staff, and mental health staff. The Case Manager will provide comprehensive case management services to the youth who are on their caseload, including the creation of an individual service plan, coordination of services, individual counseling, advocacy, and monitoring of the youth’s efforts and challenges in completing goals and celebrating goal achievement.
