Qualifications for this position include:

1. Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM
2. One weekend day shift every 4 weeks

4. Willingness to occasionally float to all three campuses

Required:

• BSN
• Two years of medical-surgical nursing experience

Preferred:

• 1-2 years of acute care, home care, or population health RN case management experience
• CCM certification
