Program Statement: Matt Talbot for Men and Matt Talbot for Women are gender-specific residential substance use disorder treatment programs for adults who are struggling with addiction and may also have a co-occurring mental health condition.

Responsibilities:

  • Linkage to sober housing
  • Linkage to community mental health and addiction providers for continuity of care
  • Linkage to resources to support movement toward independent functioning (i.e. benefits)
  • Accompanying individuals to a variety of appointments in the community as needed (i.e. court dates, medical appointments)

Requirements:

  • Combination of education and experience normally represented by a Bachelor's Degree and one to two years related professional experience.
  • Must have competent oral, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
  • Must be well organized, detail-oriented, and have the ability to maintain confidentiality.
  • Ability to work with a diverse client population, community organizations, as well as staff at all levels.
  • Must be able to form good working and therapeutic relationships.
  • Final applicant is required to be fingerprinted to complete a background check.
