Job summary

SummitRidge Hospital in Lawrenceville, GA is seeking an experienced Social Services Case Manager (PRN) to provide clinical social work expertise across hospital programs and patient areas. You will collaborate with the interdisciplinary treatment team to address crisis situations and patient needs.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in SW/psychology/counseling required or strongly preferred.
• Current Georgia professional licensure strongly preferred.
• Minimum of 1 year post-master’s degree experience preferred.
• Strong clinical skills for crisis, family, group, and individual therapy.
• Excellent verbal and communication skills.
• Reliable, self-starter with high energy.

Due to continued growth, we are seeking an experiencedSocial Services Case Manager (PRN)with recent behavioral health experience. Essential Job Functions include but are not limited to providing clinical social work expertise to hospital wide programs; deliver social services in assigned areas according to patient needs; adhere to standards of patient quality care and work as a member of the interdisciplinary treatment team within guidelines set by the Social Services Department and the individual unit Program Director.
