Universal Health Services is seeking an experienced Social Services Case Manager (PRN) in Lawrenceville, GA to provide clinical social work support across hospital programs. You will deliver social services in line with patient needs and collaborate with an interdisciplinary treatment team to ensure quality care.

Qualifications include a Master’s Degree in Social Work/Psychology/Counseling and Georgia licensure (preferred).

Responsibilities

Due to continued growth, we are seeking an experienced Social Services Case Manager (PRN)with recent behavioral health experience. Essential Job Functions include but are not limited to providing clinical social work expertise to hospital wide programs; deliver social services in assigned areas according to patient needs; adhere to standards of patient quality care and work as a member of the interdisciplinary treatment team within guidelines set by the Social Services Department and the individual unit Program Director.

SummitRidge Hospital, a place for healing and hope provides quality behavioral health and addiction treatment services, mental health and substance abuse treatment located in Lawrenceville, Georgia, approximately 30 miles northeast of downtown Atlanta.
