Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Nursing School.
• Current RN or LPN License (GA).
• Current BLS Certification.
• Minimum 1 year Case Management experience.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to manage complex situations and prioritize effectively.
• Team-focused with a passion for patient-centered care.

Responsibilities

Washington County Regional Medical Center (WCRMC) has proudly provided patient-centered care to our community for over 60 years. Our hospital is a licensed acute care facility with 56 beds and a 60-bed Extended Care Facility.

We are seeking a compassionate and driven Case Manager to help guide patients through their healthcare journey and ensure they receive coordinated, high-quality care.
