Job summary

Family Ark in southern Indiana seeks a Case Manager to provide case management for Lotus House residents and collaborate with families and professionals to meet goals.

You will maintain client records, coordinate services, facilitate groups, link clients to sober housing, employment and health resources, and support daily operations.

This full-time, non-exempt role emphasizes compassionate care, empowerment, and evidence-based recovery practices within a dynamic program.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in social work, psychology, sociology, or a directly related human service field preferred.
• One year work or internship experience in the social service field.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to interact effectively with people from diverse social and economic backgrounds.
• Family Ark is a drug free workplace. Candidates are subject to pre-employment and random drug/alcohol testing.

• Facilitates groups addressing recovery-based rituals of daily living, including parenting skills, employment, wellness, recovery skills, etc.

• Promotes and provides strength-based language utilizing evidence-based recovery models.
• Provides support for daily operations when needed.

Family Ark provides individual and family therapy services to youth and families in southern Indiana. Our newest program, the Lotus House, is a transitional housing program for pregnant and parenting mothers in recovery. The Case Manager provides case management services for the families living at Lotus House and collaborates with team members, families and other professionals to meet each family's specific goals and needs.
