We are seeking a motivated professional for the position of Case Manager - Litigation Technology. This role can be filled remotely or at any of our locations. The position involves working with attorneys and paralegals to plan and manage litigation discovery projects, including data collection, processing, review, and production.

Responsibilities include:
  1. Developing technology solutions to meet client expectations.
  2. Serving as a primary contact for case teams regarding database design, document review processes, electronic discovery, and litigation support software.
  3. Configuring Relativity databases and coordinating project outsourcing.
  4. Preparing project plans, work orders, and status reports.
  5. Providing technical troubleshooting and cost-effective solutions.
  6. Building and maintaining client and vendor relationships.
  7. Supporting case needs, including overtime and travel as required.
Qualifications:
  • 2-year or 4-year degree preferred; relevant experience also considered.
  • 3-5 years of experience in a legal or professional services environment.
  • Understanding of litigation process and electronic discovery technologies.
  • Experience with Litigation Support software such as Relativity.
  • Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to learn new technologies quickly and work independently.
Additional skills (preferred):
  • MS Office Suite, IPRO, Transcript Software, NUIX, MS Access.
Compensation and Benefits:

Salary ranges vary by state, with ranges provided for California, Colorado, Illinois, New Jersey, Maryland, Massachusetts, Minnesota, New York, Washington, and D.C. Employees are eligible for benefits including medical, dental, life insurance, disability coverage, flexible spending accounts, paid time off, holidays, and retirement plans. Bonus opportunities are available based on performance.
