The PRS Case Manager (Level II) should have experience in trauma-informed care, child welfare practices, and case management. Must be skilled in writing professional assessments, familiar with local social services, community outreach, and working with diverse populations. Knowledge of family preservation, kinship care, and experience connecting with local resource providers for post-release services for children and their sponsors are essential.
You are empathetic, a good communicator, adaptable, and able to work under pressure. You can assess needs, handle confidential information, and work collaboratively with diverse populations. You are personable, energetic, and capable of managing multiple projects effectively.
