Job summary

Highland Rivers Behavioral Health is seeking a dedicated staff member to support individuals with opioid use disorder through intake assessment, group and individual counseling, and family groups. You will participate in training, provide transportation as needed, conduct urine drug screens, and develop discharge plans to promote recovery and relapse prevention.

You will also perform case management, coordinate referrals, enter data into the WITS system for billing, and contribute to team

Qualifications

• Direct client care including intake assessment and counseling.
• Ability to coordinate referrals and discharge planning.
• Data entry and record-keeping for billing and compliance.

Responsibilities

• Performs direct individual care such as intake assessment, group counseling, group training, individual counseling and family groups.
• Participate in required in-service training and department meetings.
• Provide transportation as needed.
• Perform urine drug screens.
• Maintain assigned caseload and develop an individualized discharge planning plan with individuals upon admission to promote recovery and relapse prevention.
• Perform case management duties such as respond to subpoenas; maintain contact with referral sources and collateral contacts.
• Make appropriate referrals to other community services for additional support as needed.
• Complete 30 day ISP review notes on all assigned individuals reflecting the progress towards each treatment plan goal.
• Data entry of information into the WITS system for monthly billing.
• Other duties as assigned.
