Job summary

CoreCivic is seeking a Case Manager to provide comprehensive case management, classification, and transitional services to inmates/residents in an institutional setting. You will participate in intake, gather information, and coordinate services to support health, social involvement, and community life.

You will prepare reports, develop case presentations, and collaborate on programming to aid transition or release.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree is required.
• Experience providing case management is preferred; may substitute for up to two years in a criminal justice context.
• Must demonstrate clear verbal and written communication.
• Experience with Microsoft Office or similar software is required.
• A valid driver's license is required.
• Minimum age: 18 years.

Responsibilities

• Participate in the intake process by collecting, organizing, and analyzing information about individuals.
• Provide direct casework services for social involvement, health needs, and community life to inmates/residents.
• Prepare and collaborate on reports and develop case presentations for assigned inmates/residents.
• Coordinate programming, resources, and services for social development and transition planning.
• Serve as the point of contact in the absence of the Unit Manager, when applicable.
