Light Of Life Rescue Mission in Pittsburgh is seeking a dedicated full-time Case Manager (Level 2) to support clients in the Women & Children’s Longterm Program. This role involves developing treatment plans and providing case management in a compassionate environment.

Qualifications

• 5 years of experience in substance recovery or mental health setting.
• Excellent customer service experience.
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Provide case management and advocacy for clients.
• Develop individualized treatment plans for clients.
• Maintain detailed, confidential client records.
• Provide immediate support during emergencies.
• Transport clients to and from appointments.
