Alliant Insurance is hiring a Case Manager II for our acquisition, ASA Group, based in Little Rock, Arkansas!

The ASA Group is a brokerage general agency serving insurance and financial planning professionals across the country. By offering life, long-term care, disability insurance, and fixed annuity products, it serves as a one-stop shop for financial professionals, licensed advisors, financial planners, and registered investment advisers.

Position Highlights:
  • Remote position
  • Monday - Friday

The Case Manager II will be responsible for maintaining primary ownership of annuity, life, long-term care, and senior health cases. This involves frequent communication and coordination with agents, insurance carriers, and internal resources. Responsibilities include reviewing and evaluating documents and data to identify and resolve issues, setting agent expectations, and providing a World Class Customer Service experience throughout the process.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities
  • Case Management: Review new insurance applications for missing information, order and review underwriting requirements, conduct follow-ups via phone and email, organize workload to ensure timely processing, and maintain documentation of activities.
  • Agent Support: Serve as a liaison for case issues, review issued policies for accuracy, and follow up on delivery requirements to ensure timely placement.
  • Special Projects: Collaborate on internal and external committees, and assist with projects as assigned.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by management.
Qualifications
Education / Experience

Bachelor's Degree in Business or a related field or equivalent experience preferred. Minimum of three (3) years in Underwriting and/or related Life and Annuity Insurance experience required.
