Ideal candidates possess strong communication and relationship-building skills, familiarity with mental health interventions, and relevant educational backgrounds.

Qualifications

• Strong reading, writing, and verbal communication skills.
• Demonstrated judgment and discretion with diverse populations.
• Skilled in conflict resolution and active listening.
• Highly organized and able to work independently or collaboratively.
• Familiarity with mental health diagnoses and trauma-informed care.
• Committed to ongoing learning in social services best practices.
• Must pass background checks and have a valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Deliver onsite programming at assigned properties.
• Conduct outreach strategies for promoting services.
• Provide crisis support and follow mandated reporting procedures.
• Support residents with independent living skills.
• Facilitate group and individual services for community engagement.
• Collaborate with third-party partners and local agencies.
• Maintain accurate records and uphold HIPAA standards.
• Assess resident needs and develop responsive service plans.
• Participate in team meetings and maintain strong relationships.
