Qualifications

• Registered Nurse License (RN) required.

Responsibilities

• Ensure effective patient flow and continuity of care.
• Coordinate care efforts with multidisciplinary team members.

Skills

Solid computer skills, including proficiency with Microsoft software

Education

Registered Nurse with 1 year healthcare setting experience
