Summary Description Of Program
Heartland Bridges houses two programs, Bridges Transitional Living and Bridges Crisis Care. Transitional Living is a short-term transitional housing program enriched with supportive services designed to assist people with a diagnosed mental health or co-occurring condition while they transition to stability in the community. Crisis Care is a residential stabilization service designed for individuals who need a safe, secure environment for 3-5 days while stabilizing from a crisis before returning to the community where they live.
Summary Description Of Work
The role of the overnight Case Manager I is to provide facility oversight and assist in duties to ensure the day-to-day operations of the program. Decision making, problem solving, and highly developed interpersonal skills are critical.
Compensation: between $16.31 and $19.44 per hour (wage is based on total years of relevant experience)
Work Schedule: 40 hours per week (four nights per week, from 10:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m.)
