WHAT YOU'LL DO

This role is all about precision, communication, and leadership. You'll spend most of your time making sure client expectations aren't just met—they're exceeded. Here's how:

  • Stay Responsive - Monitor emails, mail, and voicemails three times a day, responding within four hours.
  • Follow Up, Follow Through - Reach out to clients and custodians regularly—daily for rush, every other day for non-rush.
  • Track Pre-Payment Compliance - Ensure all orders meet compliance standards; flag and resolve discrepancies fast.
  • Partner with Production - Collaborate closely with internal teams to ensure high-quality, timely deliveries.
WHAT YOU BRING
