PATH (People Assisting The Homeless) in Los Angeles County is seeking a Case Manager/Housing Navigator to support clients in breaking the cycle of homelessness through an individualized service approach and coordination of housing options. Salary: $23.24 to $28.28 per hour • Pay Frequency: 24 Pay Periods Per Year • Full Time • Non-Exempt • Driving Required

As part of the Housing Navigation Team, the Case Manager/Housing Navigator role’s main function is to assist clients in breaking the cycle of homelessness by utilizing a “whatever it takes” approach.
