The Case Manager | Housing Specialist plays a dual role in APF’s Housing Program, supporting individuals and families who are experiencing or at risk of housing insecurity. This position provides strength-based case management, advocates for client needs, and makes community-based referrals. As a Housing Specialist, you will also work to increase housing access by building relationships with landlords, educating clients on their rights, and offering personalized housing search support.

The pay range for this role is:
49,920 - 58,240 USD per year (Long Beach)
