Arizona Counseling & Therapy Center is seeking a PRN Group Facilitator / Case Manager for evening programming in Scottsdale, AZ. The role involves leading group sessions, coordinating care, and ensuring thorough documentation to support client progress.

The ideal candidate has experience in behavioral health, familiarity with substance use and mental health treatment, and a commitment to client wellbeing while working evenings at 5040 E Shea Blvd, Scottsdale.

ACT Center is a licensed adult outpatient behavioral health practice. We are adding a PRN Group Facilitator / Case Manager to our evening programming.

What you will do

• Facilitate evening therapeutic groups
• Provide case management, including care coordination and resource linkage
• Document every session and service accurately and on time
• Work with our Clinical Director and treatment team to support client progress

What you bring

• Knowledge of behavioral health, substance use, and mental health treatment

Details

• $17 to $20 per hour, based on experience
• Supervised by our Clinical Director, LPC
