Required Qualifications:
Demonstrates good communication skills. Can work in team based environments. Exercises good judgment in prioritizing projects. Ability to implement corrective action. Takes a positive approach to change. Can generate solutions to problematic situations. Understands principles of adult education. Proficiency in word and excel preferred. Knowledge of regulatory requirement in area of responsibility. Basic knowledge of department budget management and other fiscal responsibilities. BSN required for all external candidates. CA Registered Nurse with current California License, or minimum of Bachelors degree in Social Work. Minimum of three years experience in Medical/Surgical acute hospital setting. Hospital Mandatory Education Requirements: Orientation, Environment of Care, OSHA, Infection Control, Abuse/ Neglect, and Ethics, Tuberculosis Screening, Licensure Renewal. |
