Position Summary
Necco has an opportunity for a career as Foster Care Case Manager. This role will work with the child and foster parent(s) to help the child reach their goals. It will also work with foster families to support their growth and development.
Case Managers will work in office, community, school settings, and in foster homes. The goal is to provide support and resources to achieve permanency for the child.
Responsibilities include:
Ongoing treatment duties include developing and monitoring Individualized Treatment Plans, supporting foster families, ensuring service compliance, and facilitating communication with stakeholders.
Additional duties involve crisis management, data entry, team collaboration, and ensuring regulatory compliance.
Qualifications include being 21 years or older, holding a valid LSW, LPC, or related Bachelor's degree, with experience working with emotionally or behaviorally challenged children, a valid driver’s license, and the ability to travel and complete required training.
