Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Social Work with required licensure.
• Preferred: 3 years of paid casework experience or 1 year at LCPA/DCS.
• Experience in supervised, paid casework is a plus.

Job description

Do you enjoy helping children reach their full potential? If so, we want you to be our next case manager to provide services to foster parents, children, and youth.

The Case Manager will act as a team member by:

1. Conducting home visits to ensure the safety and stability of children placed in foster homes.
2. Building relationships while using a strength-based approach with the families and children.
3. Partnering with referring agencies, schools, and community resources to serve the needs of families and children.
4. Effectively responding to crises.

Position Requirements:

If your degree is a Bachelor's in Social Work, then licensure is required.

Preferred Experience:

• At least one of the following:
• 3 years of supervised, paid casework experience
• 1 year of supervised, paid casework experience at an LCPA or DCS
• 1 year of graduate training in a recognized school of social work
