Job summary

Goodwin Recruiting is seeking a Case Manager to support foster youth and families through community-based services in Cincinnati. You will travel to homes and partner agencies, assess needs, and help connect families with resources to promote stability and positive outcomes.

The role emphasizes collaboration with schools, courts, medical providers, and social service partners, building strong relationships and maintaining accurate case documentation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in social/human services field.
• LSW, LPC or license-eligible preferred.
• Minimum 2 years of relevant experience preferred (child welfare or working with youth).
• Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage a flexible schedule.
• Valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and ability to travel daily.

Responsibilities

• Travel to provide in-home and community-based services to youth and families.
• Manage caseload of foster youth and support foster homes.
• Coordinate services with schools, courts, medical providers, and community partners.
• Conduct assessments and assist in developing individualized service and treatment plans.
• Support family reunification and placement stability efforts.
• Maintain timely and accurate documentation of visits, services, and case progress.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with youth, families, and stakeholders.
• Participate in team meetings, court involvement, and on-call rotation as needed.
