Job summary

Brooklyn Community Services seeks a Case Manager to support residents at 2750 West 33rd Street, Brooklyn, NY 11224. The role focuses on needs assessments, case management, counseling referrals, and connections to housing and employment resources.

Responsibilities include developing individualized plans, coordinating with program staff, and assisting with funding proposals. 35 hours per week, non-exempt status; bilingual in Chinese or Spanish preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required in social work, human services, or psychology.
• Case management experience preferred.
• Computer literacy required; bilingual in Chinese or Spanish preferred.

Position Summary

BCS provides services to the residents, including case management, job readiness and counseling. We offer Family Support Services, which include financial literacy and health and wellness programs enabling BCS clients and residents from the surrounding community to enhance children’s and family emotional, social and physical well-being.
