Job summary

A leading organization in mental health care is seeking a Case Manager for Family Coaching and Visitations. This role involves providing support and supervision during parental visits, coordinating schedules, and ensuring communication with relevant agencies. Case Manager, Family Coaching and Visitations

Position Details
  • Title: Case Manager, Family Coaching and Visitations
  • Program: Family Coaching and Visitations
  • Full Time: 40 hours per week
  • Salary Range: $19.00 - $23.62 Hourly
Summary

Provides coaching, support, supervision, and education during parental visits with children who are placed out of the home. Coordinates and maintains schedules of coaching and visitation. Responsible for reports to and communication with DCYF, including court letters approved by the Clinical Director. Coordinates with families, caregivers, and providers to support treatment work. Provides case management and transportation for children to and from visits as needed.

Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in human services-related field such as social work, psychology, etc., and/or equivalent experience.
  • Prior experience working with children and families involved in child welfare.
  • Experience providing supervised visitation is a plus.
  • Bilingual (English/Spanish) skills highly preferred.
  • Ability to use all MS Office programs, mainframe computer systems, and Internet.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Willingness to work evenings and weekends.
  • Clean driving record, valid driver's license, and proof of automobile insurance, registration, inspection, and driving record.
  • Flexible schedule including evenings and weekends as needed.
  • Bilingual skills are compensated by an additional 6%, multilingual skills by 8%, above base pay.
