Base pay range

$42,000.00/yr - $44,000.00/yr

Job Responsibilities
  • Develop service plans to ensure stable, permanent housing for clients.
  • Monitor clients for up to six months.
  • Act as an advocate and liaison between clients and community service providers.
  • Ensure appropriate utilization of resources to meet client needs.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Criminal Justice, Human/Social Services, or Behavioral Sciences.
  • Licensed Social Worker designation is highly preferred.
  • Experience with at-risk populations (homeless, veterans, behavioral health, addiction, employment, youth, residential).
  • First Aid & CPR certification (provided if not already obtained).
