Description
This position will cover areas in North County San Diego including Poway, Mira Mesa, Del Mar, Oceanside, Vista, Escondido, and Ramona. At Options For All (OFA), full-time employees are eligible for 100% COMPANY PAID medical, dental, and vision benefits. Position Purpose
The Case Manager provides administrative and programmatic support to the Area Manager for the operations of programs, client management, and support of program staff. The Case Manager provides job-site-based support, coaching, work direction, and instruction to clients with intellectual and/or developmental disabilities (IDD) within the program.

This position requires the employee to regularly stand, walk, sit, talk, and hear. They must be capable of writing, using a computer keyboard, telephone, and related office equipment. Ability to lift 15lbs.
