Family Service League is seeking afull-timeCase Manager for the Alternatives for Youth Program. The Case Manager will coordinate in home family support designed to divert involvement in the Suffolk County Probation System with its philosophy founded on empowering parents/guardians and equipping families for success and restoration. The Case Manager will conduct visits in the clients' home and provide direct services to the youth.

Bachelor's degree, or Associate's degree with one years of human service experience or High School Diploma with three years of human service experience required.
At least one year experience working with community resources is required.
Excellent interpersonal, organizational, and problem-solving skills required.
Strong communication skills, verbal and written, are required.
Ability to work as part of a team.
Valid and clean NYS Driver's license required.
This position requires sitting for long periods of time and travelling throughout Suffolk County to conduct home visits.
