Position Overview:

We are seeking a highly organized and people-oriented Recruitment & Case Management Coordinator to support both our hiring processes and our client care operations. This dual-role position plays a vital part in growing our team and ensuring clear, compassionate communication with the families we serve.

Key Responsibilities:

Recruitment & Hiring:

  • Post job openings, screen applicants, and coordinate interviews

  • Communicate with potential candidates and manage onboarding documentation

  • Maintain up-to-date hiring records and assist with credential tracking

  • Collaborate with leadership to forecast staffing needs and schedule interviews

    Case Management & Family Support:

  • Serve as a primary point of contact for patient families regarding scheduling, paperwork, and general questions

  • Manage patient intake, including initial communication, scheduling evaluations, and verifying service needs

  • Coordinate provider schedules to ensure appropriate staff coverage for client sessions

  • Communicate changes in schedules, absences, or updates to families and staff in a timely and professional manner

  • Maintain organized records and case documentation in line with company protocols and HIPAA standards

Qualifications:
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

  • Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail

  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment

  • Comfort with using scheduling software, email, and electronic record systems

  • A compassionate, professional approach when interacting with families and staff
