Job summary

Gilder Search Group is seeking a senior software engineer with hands-on experience in IBM Case Manager, FileNet, and modern web interfaces. The role involves designing, developing, and implementing business processes and interfaces using workflow tools and Java-based technologies, with an emphasis on AI-enabled solutions.

The ideal candidate will contribute to multi-database, multi-language environments, lead small projects, and collaborate with IT and business partners to deliver new features

Qualifications

• BA/BS degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or related field.
• Minimum of 5 years experience with multi-dimensional platform, business and technical applications.
• Experience with Agile development environments and SAFe preferred.
• Strong understanding of SDLC and software testing lifecycle.
• Excellent communication and collaboration with IT and business partners.

Responsibilities

• Maintains active relationships with customers to determine requirements and leads requirements gathering.
• Owns the change request process and coordinates with teams.
• Develops and maintains application enhancements and technical specifications.
• Performs design and code reviews and ensures testing is completed.
• Mentors others and may lead small to mid-size projects.
