Job summary

BK Behavior in Charlotte, NC seeks a Case Manager to oversee a designated caseload within the client operations team. You will facilitate service delivery, ensure staffing, and support families and providers from intake through ongoing services.

Responsibilities include coordinating with families, obtaining insurance authorizations, and maintaining documentation and databases. This role offers full benefits and exposure to the ABA field.

Responsibilities

• Foster and sustain ongoing communication with families, cultivating rapport from intake through ongoing services.
• Provide guidance and support to providers to enable optimal care for families.
• Proactively address and resolve service-related issues and challenges.
• Ensure prompt receipt of patient progress reports.
• Facilitate acquisition of insurance authorizations.
• Monitor utilization and ensure authorized hours are utilized effectively.
• Collaborate with recruiters to hire staff and ensure timely staffing.
• Conduct candidate interviews and maintain onboarding communication with hires.
• Document all interactions with clients and providers.
• Keep systems and client databases up to date.
• Participate in team meetings and implement suggested improvements.
• Adhere to policies, ethics, confidentiality, HIPAA, and applicable laws.
