Job description

Pay Rate: $29.00 - $30.00 per hour

Position: ABA Case Manager

You will manage your own caseload, conducting assessments, designing intervention plans, setting goals, training staff, and updating client progress. Candidates should have at least 1 year of experience as a behavior supervisor, with knowledge of DTT, NATS/NET, VB, and experience with assessments like VB-MAPP, ABLLS, Brigance, and FBA.

Qualifications and Skills:
  • Master's degree in special education, psychology, counseling, behavior analysis, behavior science, human development, social work, or rehabilitation
  • At least 1 year experience as a behavior supervisor designing ABA programs for children with autism and training parents and instructors
  • Knowledge of DTT, NATS/NET, VB
  • Experience conducting assessments: VB-MAPP, ABLLS, Brigance, FBA
  • BCBA certification preferred; BCBA-eligible candidates will be considered if taking the exam within 6 months of hire
  • Bilingual in Spanish
