Job summary

Behavior Frontiers, a leading ABA provider in California, seeks an ABA Case Manager to run a client caseload, conduct assessments, design intervention plans, write goals, train staff, and track progress. Requirements include at least 1 year of experience as a behavior supervisor, knowledge of DTT, NATS/NET, VB, and experience with VB-MAPP, ABLLS, Brigance and FBA assessments.

BCBA preferred or BCBA eligible; Spanish bilingual is a plus.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in special education or related field.
• At least 1 year experience as a behavior supervisor designing ABA programs.
• Knowledge of DTT, NATS/NET, VB.
• Experience conducting VB-MAPP, ABLLS, Brigance, FBA assessments.
• BCBA preferred (BCBA-eligible if exam within 6 months).
• Spanish bilingual.

Responsibilities

• Lead a caseload of clients, conducting assessments and designing intervention plans.
• Train staff and update clients' progress.
• Write goals and track progress using VB-MAPP, ABLLS, Brigance, and FBA assessments.

Pay Rate: $29.00 - $30.00 per/hour

As an ABA Case Manager, you will lead your own caseload of clients through conducting assessments, designing intervention plans, writing goals, training staff, and updating client’s progress. We are looking for an individual with at least 1 year experience working as a behavior supervisor, a knowledge of DTT, NATS/NET,VB, and experience conducting assessments: VB-MAPP, ABLLS, Brigance, and FBA.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Master's degree in special education, psychology, counseling, behavior analysis, behavior science, human development, social work, or rehabilitation
• At least 1 year experience working as a behavior supervisor designing ABA programs for children with autism, as well as training parents and instructors how to implement these interventions
• Knowledge and experience with DTT, NATS/NET, VB
• Experience conducting assessments: VB-MAPP, ABLLS, Brigance, FBA
• BCBA- Preferred (will consider BCBA eligible if taking exam within 6 months of being hired)
• Bilingual in Spanish
