JEVS Human Services in Wilmington, DE is seeking a Case Manager to empower adults with physical disabilities to act as employers of their personal care attendants. You will coordinate supports, ensure compliant practices, and connect clients to community resources.

The role emphasizes documentation, HR‑style guidance for participants, recruitment and screening of attendants, and training on guidelines to promote independence and security for the participants and their families.

Responsabilidades

• Provide participants with HR‑type support to help them manage their personal attendants
• Train the participant in compliance & guidelines.
• Assist participants in recruiting and screening personal care attendant applicants
