Qualifications

• Minimum Bachelor's degree in Human Services (Psychology, Social Work, Counseling, etc.) required.
• One year relevant experience preferred.
• Valid driver's license and insurable for auto coverage.

• Case Management
• Advocacy, referral and linkage to Community Support Services
• Community Education
• Documentation of clinical services
• Meet agency standards for billable services.
• Utilize a variety of therapeutic interventions to address clinical needs.
• Complete required data entry and paperwork in accordance with program and agency policies and procedures, including but not limited to opening requirements, assessments, treatment/recovery plans, progress notes, treatment authorizations and authorization of medical necessity.

Requirements
