Job summary

Job Summary

Job Description
  • Conduct individualized assessments to identify academic, personal, and social needs and develop tailored intervention plans.
  • Provide ongoing case management by monitoring student progress, coordinating resources, and advocating for necessary accommodations.
  • Collaborate with faculty, staff, and campus partners to address concerns, ensuring a holistic approach to student success and retention.
  • Serve as the primary contact for students in crisis or distress, offering guidance, referrals, and intervention strategies.
  • Maintain detailed and confidential records of student interactions in compliance with university policies and regulations.
  • Lead prevention and outreach efforts, including developing educational programs, training sessions, and awareness campaigns to promote student well‑being and resilience.
Job Responsibilities

Perform case management, utilization review, quality assurance, and care planning within the university, serving as a campus resource for faculty, staff, students, parents, and community members.

Preferred Qualifications
  • Master's degree in social work, psychology, counseling, or a related field.
  • Mental health license or equivalent credential.

Compensation

$46,904.00 - $70,366.40 per year.
