The Senior Services and Community Resilience Division works to provide housing stability for our most vulnerable residents. We work with older residents and individuals with disabilities to help them remain safely in their existing home setting. The division also prevents eviction for low-income families and individuals by providing crisis services. Additionally, we support those experiencing homelessness through street outreach and shelter services. Our mission is accomplished by working in close partnership with many service providers across the County to ensure people can stay housed and that homelessness is rare, brief, and nonrecurring.
