Vista del Mar Hospital in Oxnard, CA is seeking a dedicated case manager to join a multidisciplinary treatment team, coordinating discharge planning and aftercare, housing, transportation arrangements.

You will serve as a communication liaison with families, document thoroughly, and participate in treatment planning meetings. Qualifications include a Bachelor's in Psychology and the ability to work with adolescent families; opportunities for growth and ongoing education are provided.

Qualifications
