Job summary

Spectrum Human Services in Highland Park, MI is seeking a Case Manager to oversee a team serving youth involved with the juvenile justice system. You will supervise Juvenile Development Specialists and guide youth assessment and decision-making processes.

The role requires direct engagement with youth and families, a focus on strength-based approaches, and delivery of comprehensive case documentation and reports. Licensing is preferred but not required in Michigan.

Qualifications

• BA/BS/BSW in social work or related field from an accredited college or university.
• Licensure (LCSW, LMFT, LPC, or equivalent) preferred but not required in Michigan.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience with adolescents, preferably in a juvenile justice or similar setting.
• Valid unrestricted Michigan driver’s license and a safe driving record.
• Reliable transportation.
• Satisfactory DHS Central Registry Clearance and State Police Check, negative TB test, satisfactory physical exam, pre-employment, and random drug screening.
• Must meet all employment eligibility and agency hiring requirements at the time of hire.
