Job summary

TFI Family Services is seeking a full-time Case Manager on the Permanency team to help children and families thrive. A BA in human services or related field and at least 2 years in child placement are required. Join a mission-driven team dedicated to safe, loving homes.

You will support families by building skills, connecting to resources, and crafting plans for children's growth while advocating for stronger family environments.
